Grilled Scallops around Garlic Pasta

 If you like clean seafood as much as I do then you will  enjoy this delicious dish, its Garlic Scallops that I serve in excess of some excellent tasting pasta. This entree is basically simple to prepare in thirty minutes

Ingredients
 
3/4 lbs . of refreshing scallops

1/4 cup of vegetable broth or dry white wine
 
1/4 cup of refreshing lemon juice
 
1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
 
Precooked complete wheat pasta ( optional )
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese and fresh new parsley sprigs ( optional )
 
Steps
 
1. Period scallops with salt and pepper; toss with 1 3rd from the minced garlic. Coat a big nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray; high temperature in excess of medium-high temperature.
